LOT AD75/AD50 for North America

LOT is pleased to offer travel agent discounted tickets (AD75/AD50) for any LOT operated flight.  This special discount is available to any active U.S. or Canadian full-time IATA travel agent whose agency has reported flown LOT revenue of at least $5,000 in the past 12 months.

LOT has 4 North American gateways: Chicago, Newark, New York JFK and Toronto.  Fly nonstop to Warsaw and connect to over 45 destinations across Poland, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.  Check out our routes or your GDS for schedules.

Please note, all requests must be made at least 21 days prior to departure but no more than 90 days prior to departure. All bookings will be made by LOT through the North American Sales Support Desk. The discount applies to confirmed seats, however if they are not available on the dates requested, we will notify you and you may decide to fly standby at the same fare. The companion must be a spouse of an eligible IATA agent. Other companions and non-IATA agents are not eligible. You will be contacted by a LOT sales support team member if approved and advised of the fare. You will be asked to submit your eligibility documentation and payment within 5 business days of notification of approval. If documentation or payment is not received the reservations will be cancelled without notice.


Terms & Conditions:
   
Eligibility - AD75 Full-time active IATA agent, 18 years or older , residing in the U.S. or Canada
Eligibility - AD50 Accompanying spouse (non IATA agents or other guests are not permitted)
Fare Fare will be calculated by LOT Sales Support Team in Arizona.
Fare will be calculated based on lowest fare allowing an agent discount for economy class or business class
Travel Agent and spouse must travel together all dates/all flights. No exceptions
Standby or Confirmed Required at least 21 days in advance, but not more than 90.
No waitlists permitted
Reservations valid on LOT or EuroLOT operated/booked flights only.
Codeshare flights not permitted
Please note: LOT must make all reservations, however agents can check availability in their GDS’ for the desired dates: N for economy and R for business class.
Ticketing All tickets must be issued by LOT within 5 business days of approval and at least 7 days prior to departure.
Payment Accepted via credit cards only (VI, CA, AX, DC, and DS).  Payment must be made within 5 business days of approval.(along with full time active employment documentation)
Blackout dates Economy Class travel not permitted 15JUN – 15SEP; 15DEC – 07JAN
Taxes, Fees & Surcharge All taxes, fees and surcharges, including the fuel surcharge and LOT service fee must be paid by the passengers. No waivers
Change fee One free change, any additional changes $100 per change/per ticket
Cancellation fee USD150 prior to departure.
Refunds Fully refundable prior to departure less cancellation fee.  After departure no refund.  Full refund due to death or serious illness of passenger or immediate family member – documentation will be required.
Approval Request will be verified with either Sales Manager or Area Manager and agent will be advised of approval within 5 business days of request
Eligibility documentation Proof of full-time active employment is required (current copy of Agency List) must be received by LOT within 5 business days of approval (along with payment)
