LOT Group Travel Guidelines

• Economy Class - min. 10 passengers
• Business Class - min. 6 passengers

• $100.00 per person
• Due within 14 days of seat confirmation and refundable 60 or more days prior to departure.
• Due within 7 days of seat confirmation if reservation is made less than 60 days prior to departure and is non-refundable for un-ticketed passengers.
• Deposit refunded once all tickets are issued, less penalties

Deposit forms of payment

• Credit Card (AX, CA, DC, VI)
• Check (Must be received 45 days before departure and cleared 30 days before departure
• MCO (Paper MCO only. Physical MCO Exchange coupon must be sent LOT groups, no electronic MCO’s)

• $150 per person after ticketing; up to 30 days prior to departure
• Non-refundable within 30 days of departure

• Not permitted

• All deviations must travel with group on at least one LOT transatlantic flight
•  Before departure
• Free, up to 10% of total passengers. $150.00 per person if greater than  10%
• After ticketing: $150.00 per person

• All names required at least 30 days prior to departure. Names required within 72 hours for reservations made within 30 days of departure.

• No charge before ticketing
• $150.00 per person once ticket issued

• Name corrections (less than 4 characters); otherwise will be considered a name change
• $50.00 after ticketing

• Full payment due 30 days prior to departure.
• Full payment within 24 hours if reservations are made within 30 days

• $30.00 for LOT issued tickets
• No fee for group tickets issued by agency

• Pay 75% of adult fare when accompanied by adult.  Maximum 2 children per adult.
• Infants pay 10% of adult fare

• Check – check must clear at 30days prior to departure
