LOT passengers, your clients, who are traveling to the U.S. or returning to the U.S. and do not have a U.S. passport, may have visa requirements. Please ensure that your clients have the proper travel documentation and that the tickets issued match their passport document exactly.
In addition, passengers eligible for the U.S. Visa Waiver Program, must fill in the now required ESTA form online (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) which is a mandatory per the TSA as of November 2010. The TSA “DOCS Entry” is now required for Canadian travel agency bookings due to LO Flights YYZ-WAW due to US ‘overflight’ security concerns. Please see below for a link.
