Deposit |
- $200.00 per person peak season – 01st May-30th Sep

- Deposit refunds in case of group cancellation:
- 1) Up to 91 days before departure : deposit is 100% refundable
- 2) From 90 to 61 days before departure: deposit is 50% refundable
- 3) Less than 60 days before departure: Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
- 4) In case of group materialization over 90% booked seats, the deposit for cancelled seats is refundable.
- Deposit refunded once all tickets are issued, less penalties.

Reservation changes |
- Date or routing changes can cause fare recalculation.
- Booking can be changed on return part of journey only.
- OW routing reservation cannot be changed
- Master PNR cannot be reduced below minimum group size
- Penalty for reservation changes after ticketing is $150

Deviations |
- Deviation Fee $150
- Maximum 10% of group participants can deviate on return flight only.

- Itinerary must be the same for all passengers

Changing group size |
- Increasing group size may cause fare recalculation.
- In case of decreasing group size below 10 seats in economy class, 8 seats in premium economy class or 6 seats in business-individual bookings have to be made.

- All names required at least 31 days prior to departure.
- Names required within 72 hours for reservations made within 30 days of departure.

- No charge before ticketing.
- Name change / corrections – $150.00 per person once ticket issued up to 72 hours before departure.
